Moscow Mule

The Classic Ginger Beer Cocktail
Crisp, spicy, and citrusy—served ice-cold in a copper mug.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz vodka

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

  • 4–6 oz ginger beer

  • Lime wedge (for garnish)

  • Mint sprig (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a copper mug (or rocks glass) with ice.

  2. Pour in vodka and lime juice.

  3. Top with ginger beer and stir gently.

  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.

Dark ‘n’ Stormy

The Ultimate Rum & Ginger Combo
Dark rum layered over spicy ginger beer with a hit of lime.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz dark rum (like Goslings)

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice (optional)

  • 4–5 oz ginger beer

  • Lime wedge (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.

  2. Pour in ginger beer and lime juice (if using).

  3. Gently float the dark rum on top (pour over a spoon for effect).

  4. Garnish with lime wedge. Stir before sipping if you want it blended.

Kentucky Mule

A Southern Twist on the Moscow Mule
Bourbon replaces vodka for a richer, oaky bite.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz bourbon

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

  • 4–6 oz ginger beer

  • Lime wheel or mint (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a copper mug or rocks glass with ice.

  2. Add bourbon and lime juice.

  3. Top with ginger beer and stir.

  4. Garnish with a lime wheel or fresh mint.
