Moscow Mule
The Classic Ginger Beer Cocktail
Crisp, spicy, and citrusy—served ice-cold in a copper mug.
Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
½ oz fresh lime juice
4–6 oz ginger beer
Lime wedge (for garnish)
Mint sprig (optional)
Instructions:
Fill a copper mug (or rocks glass) with ice.
Pour in vodka and lime juice.
Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
Dark ‘n’ Stormy
The Ultimate Rum & Ginger Combo
Dark rum layered over spicy ginger beer with a hit of lime.
Ingredients:
2 oz dark rum (like Goslings)
½ oz fresh lime juice (optional)
4–5 oz ginger beer
Lime wedge (for garnish)
Instructions:
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Pour in ginger beer and lime juice (if using).
Gently float the dark rum on top (pour over a spoon for effect).
Garnish with lime wedge. Stir before sipping if you want it blended.
Kentucky Mule
A Southern Twist on the Moscow Mule
Bourbon replaces vodka for a richer, oaky bite.

2 oz bourbon
½ oz fresh lime juice
4–6 oz ginger beer
Lime wheel or mint (for garnish)
Instructions:

Add bourbon and lime juice.
